Welcome once again to our monthly recipes series! This is a particularly special edition, as one of our recipes was curated by the lovely ladies at @TitsOut4Snacks!
TitsOut4Snacks is a female-led cooking collective creating feasts for the future. Their recipes and events are crafted to showcase seasonal vegetables in all their glory, from source to joyous mouthful. They curate their own events and collaborate with other makers and performers at festivals, art markets, fundraisers, and more. Driven by a love for sharing the joy of food, they aim to deliver culinary skill that bridges the gap between people and what they eat, cooking in a way that doesn’t alienate but invites others in: into a dish, into a kitchen, into a community. Here's them in all their splendid glory! 👇🌞
As always, you’ll find a list of the vegetables and fruit you can find in season, as well as their Dutch names so you don’t need to search for the translation yourself! 🕵️
